Coljan, Ashburton, prepares fresh food every day for our daytime and evening service. We choose our suppliers carefully and want to provide fresh, seasonal produce direct to your table. We take care and pride in every dish we serve. Our menus change regularly and differ between day and evening service. We are currently serving our Summer themed menus, with fresh salad, local meat and fish and locally sourced greens.
Coljan have partnered with Natural Growth Wine to bring about a comprehensive collection wholly based and supporting the natural wine making process. Natural wine refers to a generalised movement among winemakers for production of “natural” wine without pesticides, chemicals and other additives. Why not try our range and see how it compares?

The chef’s table provides an elevated dining experience. On these evenings, we provide a 6 course taster menu. The dishes are not publicised so these nights are great for people who may want to try new food. The meal price is set at £50 per person with an optional paired drinks flight as an extra charge. Our chefs will present many of the dishes and the dining room is limited to around 16 covers making it a memorable and special occasion.
