COLJAN invest in barista training, front of house skills, food and hygiene training and on the job specific training all transferrable through and enabling through life.
Chris Bartlett, 23 Joined Coljan in July 2019. Prior to this, he had been working as a Chef across Dartmoor for nearly 4 years. Having trained at Exeter College and completing his training at Two Bridges Hotel, Chris has worked with accomplished Executive Chefs to learn his trade. Chris works hard to design menus that provide exciting dishes designed to make your mouth water, yet remain true to our values of affordability and value for money, for you to enjoy again and again.
Chris was semi-finalist in South West Chef of the Year two years running in both 2016 and 2017. He was also part of the team winning Taste of the West Gold award for Restaurants and 2 rosettes at Two Bridges hotel, Princetown.
Outside of work, Chris is a family man with partner Kayleigh and 4 year old son Arthur. He is also a keen walker with his dog Marley and enjoys foraging and football.

Coljan is now operating as a takeaway following the recent government decision to close hospitality venues until 2nd December 2020.
