All sales made by the group of companies are subject to the following terms and conditions.
 
Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Please read the following terms and conditions:

PRICE
The price for the order or components of any order shall be as stated on your order form or specified on your receipt.  You agree to pay the full price to the company in accordance with the order form after the details are checked and agreed by you.
 
DEPOSITS
Please note that all other deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All deposits become due when the order has been placed and details checked and agreed by you.  All orders are deemed to have been accepted only when the deposit has been paid.
 
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by cash, or payment on invoice through our payment partner iZettle.
 
 
FINAL PAYMENTS
Final payments for all orders must be made at least 14 days prior to date or as stated on your order form.
 
NON-PAYMENTS
In the event that any payment is subsequently declined, the order will not be completed or released until alternative funding arrangements have been agreed and payment is made in full. Subsequent completion of the order will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. he Company accepts no responsibility for any loss howsoever caused or for non-delivery under these circumstances. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any additional charges which have been incurred as a result of payment failure.
 
ALTERATIONS TO ORDERS
Your order is very important to us. Please take the time to check your copy of the order form carefully and let us know within three days if changes are needed. It is your responsibility to advise us of any alterations to the original order. We reserve the right to increase a quoted fee in the event that the Customer requests variation to the work agreed. Whilst every effort will be made to assist customers, please note that late changes cannot always be guaranteed.
 
REFUNDS
If there are any elements of your event that you are not happy with with once delivered, please let us know within 24 hours and a refund may be made once a full investigation has been made as to why your cake was not to your satisfaction.
 
COPYRIGHT
Please note that no person shall have entitlement to copy or reproduce in any form, or otherwise make use of any image, photograph, design or other document or item produced by or on behalf of the Company without the prior written consent of the Company.
 
PUBLICATION AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS
All rights in any original designs and creativity shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. From time to time our designs and photography are published in the media. We reserve the right to use any image after the delivery date unless previously agreed in writing between the Customer and the Company. The Customer has no ownership rights over food or design. Exclusivity of food designed between our Customer's is not guaranteed unless the Customer commissions an exclusive design or menu.
  
ALLERGIES
Please be aware that whilst your chosen product or food may not be made with nuts or a nut product, it will be prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used. Please note fillings will not be added if a favour/filling has not been confirmed. This is an allergy precaution. Raw materials used may not be free from dairy, wheat or gluten. Allergy information can be provided for all products / food served or made within our facility. We will inform our customers, however, the final decision to consume will be with the customer.
